About Doug Poruchny

Doug started as a professional realtor in Winnipeg in 1987. Obtaining MLS Medallion Club Member of The Winnipeg Real Estate Board in 1988,1989, 1990, and 1992. Medallion Achievement awards are presented annually by The Winnipeg Real Estate Board to recognize those salespeople who display a high level of accomplishment and dedication to the real estate industry.
He started with Coast Capital Real Estate in Victoria in 1993, and has received their Presidents award in 1995,96,97,98,99, 2000, 01, and 2002. Doug has also received the Coast Capital Diamond award in 1996, 2001, and 2002 for outstanding performance based on sales. The Victoria Real Estate Board MLS Award in 1996,97,98,99,00,01,02,03,04, and 05. He has also received the Royal LePage Presidents Gold Award (awarded to realtors who sell in the top 6th-10th percentile of agents in B.C.)
Doug has built and acted as general contractor on several residences, and has been involved in numerous renovation projects, lot subdivsions, re-zoning projects, and exclusive agent for a luxury condominium project. He has also be involved with numerous transfers and relocations.
Doug allowed us to work through the stressful process of buying our first house the way we needed to. We would highly recommend Doug (and have already done so) to our friends and family.
