He provides an uncompromising service in helping people buy or sell. With over two decades of successful real estate sales experience, Doug can handle all your residential real estate needs.  He has continuously been recognized as a sales person who displays a high level of accomplishment and dedication to the real estate industry.    Doug was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba and became a professional realtor in 1987 until moving to his present home in Victoria, British Columbia and becoming a realtor there in 1993.     He has built and acted as a general contractor on several residences, and has been involved in numerous renovation projects, lot sub-divisions, re-zoning projects and as an exclusive agent for a luxury condominiun project. He has also been involved with numerous transfers and relocations.   Doug is an avid magician, member and past president of The Victoria Magic Club, and Winnipeg Magic Circle, and 25 year member of The International Brotherhood of Magicians. He enjoys music and guitar playing (especially the Blues) travel, and cooking for friends and family.   Awards    The Winnipeg Real Estate Board MLS Medallion Club, 1988, 1989, 1990, and 1992.
